About the Role

The Off-Trade Channel Manager will be responsible for deploying and delivering winning trade marketing plans for key brands in the C&C Ireland portfolio via our direct & third-party distribution network, meeting both brand and commercial objectives.

This role requires a deep understanding of the brand, channel, and customer strategy to develop activation plans that enable us to deliver on our vision and build positive brand equity and value with customers and consumers.

  • Develop a clear channel strategy for the brands that can be easily communicated and understood by all direct and intermediary sales staff.
  • Own the off-trade channel architecture, defining where to play and how to win to recruit new consumers & drive profitable growth in partnership with Innovation and Brand teams.
  • Proactively manage stakeholders with gravitas at all levels, leading internal and external stakeholder groups including agencies, suppliers, and internal senior customers.

We are seeking a highly commercial marketer with excellent project management skills and a strong ability to build and leverage relationships with internal teams, senior management, agencies, and consultants.
