Your Mission:
  • Advise on contractual matters, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
  • Process and negotiate contractual claims, maintaining accurate records.
  • Identify opportunities to maximise revenue and reduce costs, mitigating losses.
  • Assist with project cash flow management, ensuring timely payments.
  • Negotiate and agree subcontractors' terms, prices, and conditions.
  • Evaluate and ensure timely final accounts closure.
  • Prepare and review monthly cost reports, highlighting key areas for improvement.
  • Ensure risk registers, variation trackers, and extension of time tracker sheets are updated and included in monthly reports.
  • Negotiate final accounts with subcontractors and suppliers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or equivalent role.
  • Expertise in establishing project cost reporting structures.
  • Ability to prepare and submit interim valuations, aligning with employers' representatives' expectations.
  • Strong working knowledge of COINS, enabling efficient project management.
  • Effective management of project cash flows, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Track record of preparing and presenting commercial reports, driving business growth.
  • Experience in processing contractual claims, protecting company interests.
  • Subcontractor/supplier procurement and management expertise.
  • Comprehensive understanding of contractual obligations, ensuring adherence.
