We are currently seeking a highly skilled Content Reviewer to join our team. As a Content Reviewer, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving reported issues on our social media platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve reported issues via ticketing system
  • Content Moderation: Enforce clients Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse on the site
  • Become knowledgeable about client's products and community standards
  • Use market specific knowledge and insights to improve support of our community
  • Analyse data to develop ways to improve user experience
  • Recognise trends and patterns and escalate issues outside company policy
  • Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, verbal, and written communication skills, and empathy
  • Adaptability and Problem Solving: High adaptability and positive approach to challenges
  • Decision Making and Teamwork: Ability to make decisions, prioritise, solve problems and work as part of a team
  • Time Management: Effective Time management & Prioritisation skills
  • Performance: Ability to consistently hit KPIs on time
Language Skills:
  • Fluent in Swedish on near-native level (C1-C2) in oral and written communication
  • Advanced level of English (C1)
