The Role

We're seeking an experienced Telesales Executive - Business Affinity to join our SME Sales & Retention team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a vital role in growing Three's customer base and driving revenue growth.

In this role, you'll be responsible for contacting customers, industry affiliations, and other partners to understand their needs and sell products that meet those needs. You'll work closely with our sales teams to develop strategies that drive growth and revenue, and your primary goal will be to exceed sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction levels.

Responsibilities
  1. Participate in outbound calling campaigns to expand Three's customer base, with support provided.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, industry affiliations, and other partners.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of the market and our products.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and effective use of resources.
  5. Monitor and analyse sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume contact centre environment.
  • Strong understanding of our products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools.
