We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team at European Tech Recruit. As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating HR systems with accurate employee records, serving as the primary HR point of contact, and providing HR reporting and data analysis to support HR and departmental decision-making.

About the Job

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the HR Director and Core Business Departments, supporting key HR functions on an international scale. The successful candidate will take an active role in the OEC Committee, driving internal HR initiatives and engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update HR systems with accurate employee records.
  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact, assisting employees with documentation such as mortgage applications, employer and landlord references, and salary increase letters.
  • Provide HR reporting and data analysis to support HR and departmental decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with HR documentation and record-keeping best practices.
  • Take an active role in the OEC Committee, driving internal HR initiatives and engagement activities.
  • Support career development, training coordination, and performance management processes.
  • Assist in healthcare benefits renewal, salary benchmarking, and the rollout of new employee benefit schemes.
  • Ensure smooth administration of compensation and benefits documentation.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including screening CVs, conducting HR interviews, and issuing employment contracts.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a degree or diploma in Human Resources, CIPD qualification, or equivalent work experience. You should have one to two years of experience in an HR Administrator, Coordinator, or Generalist role, strong communication and collaboration skills, excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with an interest in HR data reporting.
