Caregiver Assistant
Job Description:We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to work as Caregiver Assistants in our residential care home. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.
Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with daily tasks, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and promoting the well-being of our residents. You will work closely with our experienced caregivers to deliver exceptional care and services.
You will also be responsible for performing laundry duties, preparing meals, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the facility. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional care and a genuine interest in working with older adults, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A current First Aid Certificate is preferred but not essential
- Manual Handling training would be an advantage
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Friendly and approachable manner
- Previous experience in elderly care within a residential care home setting is desired
