We are currently seeking an ambitious and commercially-minded Mortgage Business Development Manager to drive mortgage growth across key markets. This strategic role is ideal for a confident self-starter with a proven background in mortgage sales and a passion for building business relationships.
About the Role
You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, nurturing our partner networks, and delivering consistent mortgage sales performance. This position can be offered on a Full-Time or Part-time basis.
- Develop Regional Sales Strategy: Design and execute a regional sales strategy to drive mortgage volume and market share.
- Identify New Opportunities: Discover new business opportunities, including partnerships with brokers, estate agents, builders, and other intermediaries.
- Nurture Third-Party Relationships: Manage and grow a network of third-party introducers, delivering tailored training, support, and product insights.
- Proactive Engagement: Maintain a consistent pipeline of mortgage business through proactive engagement and relationship management.
- Monitor Performance: Track sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to inform tactical sales decisions.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to promote brand awareness and business development.
- Collaborate Internally: Work closely with internal teams (underwriting, marketing, operations) to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
