Job Opportunity:

Fitzpatrick's Garage Naas is seeking an experienced Service Manager to join their Aftersales team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years operational management experience in a busy Service Department, preferably in a main franchise dealer environment.

The ideal candidate will be target-driven, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong focus on customer care and retention. They will have the ability to work independently, while contributing significantly to the successful running of the aftersales operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the Service Department, managing workflow and work in progress, and ensuring that operational and growth targets are achieved. They will also be responsible for managing and reporting on technician productivity and efficiency, and assisting with customer issues and warranty claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Service Department.
  2. Ensure effective communication and collaboration between teams.
  3. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  4. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
