**Job Description**

The Graduate Accountant will support the finance team with day-to-day accounting activities and month-end processes, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This role is ideal for a proactive individual who wants to develop their accounting expertise with opportunities to advance their career in an environment that values growth and learning.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Financial Accounting & Reporting: Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes; prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and maintain general ledger accuracy.

• Management Accounting: Support the preparation of monthly management accounts and key reports for leadership teams; analyse variances and provide commentary on production costs, overheads, etc.

• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process supplier invoices, credit notes, and payment runs while ensuring compliance with payment terms.

• Inventory Management: Reconcile stock levels, assist with cost accounting, and manage inventory movements.

• ESG Sustainability Reporting: Support the preparation of VAT returns, Intrastat, and other regulatory filings for MBS and MBU entities.
