Challenging opportunity awaits a dynamic individual to join Private Equity and Real Estate Services team.

As Associate Vice President, you will partner with Business to provide high-quality outsourced administration & banking services to private equity firms and institutional investors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting, audit, and reporting functions for a portfolio of closed-ended and semi-closed-ended private equity and debt funds.
  • Maintain responsibility for LP/investors' capital calls, distributions, investor financial reports, and capital statements.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders through contractual and service delivery agreements.
  • Defend against scope creep and contribute to enforcing rigorous Change Control processes.
Requirements:
  • Proactive attitude with ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
  • Ownership and accountability in managing fund or client relationships.
  • Data literacy with understanding of the data chain in private market structures.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Qualification or part-qualification in accounting with US/Lux/UK GAAP and IFRS experience.
