  • Job Summary:
  • As a Project Controls Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing project controls systems and processes across complex infrastructure projects.
  • You will work closely with project managers, planners, cost engineers, and stakeholders to ensure robust planning, cost control, risk management, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and maintenance of integrated project schedules and cost plans.
  • Oversee performance measurement, forecasting, and reporting across all project phases.
  • Implement and manage earned value management (EVM) systems and tools.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and opportunities.
  • Ensure alignment with client requirements and governance frameworks.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Mentor and support junior project controls staff.

Requirements:

  • Degree-qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project controls leadership on large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and cost systems.
  • Proficiency in earned value management and performance reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in rail, utilities, or transport infrastructure is highly desirable.
