Job Title: Senior Test Manager Role

About the Role

This challenging position involves leading testing projects, providing test estimates, creating detailed test plans, and tracking project costs and labour hours.

The ideal candidate will have experience in test management, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to direct the work of offshore test analysts/leads/managers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead testing projects by performing requirement analysis, creating test strategy, test designing, documentation and reporting.
  • Provide test estimates for items within scope.
  • Create detailed test plans and work breakdown structure plans to illustrate resource allocation and scheduling tasks.
  • Deliver tests against agreed schedules, driving test activities forward to ensure progress.
  • Track and forecast project test costs and labour hours.
  • Drive automation in the team/applications by engaging with Automation Shared Service.
  • Manage all test phases to ensure smooth and high-quality deliveries.
  • Manage and escalate RAID with mitigation plan.
  • Ensure overall accountability for closure of test defects.
  • Communicate with stakeholders including UAT and NFT test teams, working closely with PMs to meet expectations.

The successful candidate will be skilled in Jira/Zephyr for test and defect management, other tools such as Confluence, and able to track and manage metrics as per test metrics and KPIs.
