We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Event Logistics Specialist to join our team at Dublin's largest independent hotel.

The Role

As an Event Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up meeting rooms and conference halls for upcoming meetings, ensuring that all crockery, cutlery, AV equipment, tables, chairs etc are set up correctly and in good condition. You will also be responsible for breakdown and cleaning of the meeting rooms after meetings / events have finished.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up meeting rooms and conference hall for upcoming meetings according to the layout style and requirements requested.
  • Ensure the meeting room / conference hall is ready in time for the guests arrival and any refreshments requested are delivered on time and as per the requested specification.
  • Carry out the breakdown and cleaning of the meeting rooms after meetings / events have finished.
  • Assist with guest requests (e.g. item requests, light maintenance, luggage, TV assistance) and other departments when there are no meetings booked.
