We are seeking a talented Quality Assurance Process Expert to join our team at MarketStar.
In this role, you will work closely with sales leadership to develop, implement, and improve quality assurance processes, procedures, and one-on-one coaching.
The ideal candidate is a team-oriented professional with a passion for sales effectiveness, coaching, and process optimization.
Responsibilities include conducting side-by-side and remote observations of sales conversations, providing constructive feedback and coaching, and working with sales management to identify individual and team coaching needs.
- Audit sales conversations to assess quality and provide actionable insights
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures
- Collaborate with sales management to identify coaching needs and develop targeted training programs
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- C1 level English language proficiency
- Proven experience in B2B sales, digital advertising, or telesales
- Strong knowledge of MarketStar's 4-Step Sales Process (Engage, Needs Analysis, Recommend/Demo, Close)
