Job Title: Health and Safety Lead

- Manage the health, safety, and environmental management system.
- Collaborate effectively with the Construction Team to implement the Integrated Management System.
- Evaluate site-specific construction EHS plans to ensure they meet company protocols.
- Develop risk assessments and method statements for High-Risk Activities (HRAs).
- Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and provide training to all site personnel.
- Ensure subcontractors are prequalified according to company protocols.
- Investigate incidents and communicate safety alerts through weekly Toolbox Talks.
- Provide project support and maintain relevant documentation.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant Health and Safety Diploma / Degree.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Environmental Health and Safety role.
- Experience in construction would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel if required.
