Job Title: Senior Commercial Director

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned commercial director to spearhead our business development initiatives. As a strategic leader, you will drive growth plans across multiple sectors and service lines, building a high-performing team in the process.

The ideal candidate will possess 8-10 years of experience in technology consulting or enterprise sales, with a proven track record of closing complex deals and developing pipelines. Strong commercial acumen, strategic vision, and hands-on execution ability are essential for this role.

Apart from technical expertise, we seek a collaborative leader who can engage C-suite stakeholders, foster industry partnerships, and drive market presence through targeted events and networking. Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8–10 years' experience in technology consulting, enterprise sales, or commercial leadership
  • Proven track record in building pipelines and closing complex deals with major organizations

  • Experience in sectors such as public sector, utilities, financial services, manufacturing, or infrastructure
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce) and a data-driven approach to sales management
