We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Aviation and Asset Finance Specialist to join our growing team in Dublin.

  • This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level solicitor to work on high-value cross-border transactions with a leading international client base.

The successful candidate will collaborate with international teams and clients on multi-jurisdictional matters, advising on complex asset finance transactions including leasing, portfolio acquisitions, and structured deals.

Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating finance documents, engaging with regulatory issues relevant to asset and aviation finance, and supporting senior lawyers and partners on business development and client relationship management.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with 3-5 years' PQE, ideally in asset finance or broader banking and finance, with experience in aviation finance highly desirable.
