Warehouse Role Overview

You will be working in a warehouse environment, prioritizing safety quality and performance targets in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety First: Adhere to good safety practices focusing on Health and Safety during all tasks.
  • Effective Communication: Communicate with customers as required.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate a forklift and work independently when necessary.
  • Procedure Follow-up: Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) meticulously.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal customers to meet business requirements efficiently.
  • Tasks Execution: Execute warehouse tasks with efficiency maintaining product inventory and process integrity per SOPs.
  • Teamwork: Sustain output levels consistent with team members.
  • Error Monitoring: Monitor inventory for errors and report them promptly to the Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Cycle Counting: Stay informed about weekly cycle counting and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Order Fulfillment: Ensure orders are received picked inspected and delivered according to customer requirements.

You will have the opportunity to work autonomously within a warehouse setting.

Essential Skills:

  • Forklift Operation: Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment is essential.
  • Physical Fitness: Physical fitness is required for packing and loading responsibilities.
  • Target Achievement: A proven track record of consistently achieving targets and pick rates is expected.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and PC usage is also required.
