Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in structural engineering with a focus on precast concrete systems.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in structural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla, and relevant BIM tools.
  • Code Knowledge: Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and best practices related to precast concrete.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Task Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professional Certification: Professional Engineer (PE) or Chartered Engineer status is a plus.
