Workforce Planning Lead

Strategic workforce planning is a vital component of any organisation. It involves designing and implementing frameworks aligned to business strategy, analysing workforce data and trends, and identifying capability gaps to generate actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement workforce planning frameworks aligned to business strategy.
  • Analyse workforce data, trends, and capability gaps to generate actionable insights.
  • Facilitate scenario planning and executive workshops to gain senior buy-in.
  • Develop tools, dashboards, and reporting to monitor progress and impact.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in workforce planning and organisational design, strong stakeholder management skills, and an analytical and data-driven mindset.
