About the Role

The role of Content Administrator is essential to maintaining marketplace standards across our family of brands, providing valued vendors and internal stakeholders with quick updates, process changes, and content validation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reviewing photos and images provided by vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure they meet guidelines;
  • Searching for content to complete storefronts and editing photos;
  • Performing qualitative tasks within our admin system to accept or deny content changes made by clients;
  • Processing and validating 'Real Wedding' content on site;
  • Creating and publishing Google Ads for vendors on site;
  • Researching escalated issues and communicating internal responses;
  • Reaching daily and weekly targets for content administration duties for each new client on an ongoing basis, ensuring a cohesive user experience;
  • Communicating with clients through email about any changes made to their storefronts;
  • Troubleshooting opportunity areas and coming up with solutions to streamline processes.
Requirements
  • A strong attention to detail;
  • An ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks;
  • Excellent writing and research skills in American English, Canadian English, and British English;
  • A strong commitment to deadlines, accuracy, and professionalism;
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Demonstrated self-confidence, energy, and enthusiasm;
  • Previous customer service experience (not essential);
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, and Google Suite (not essential);
  • Familiarity with keyword placement and other SEO best practices (not essential).
