About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic communications team.

Job Overview:
  • The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting business priorities and focus areas.
Responsibilities:
  1. Support on general administrative tasks, including managing communications calendar, planning meetings and agendas, and preparing presentations.
  2. Work closely with the press office to develop first drafts of press materials and assist with daily press duties.
  3. Ensure all media statements issued are recorded appropriately and share final press materials with the external comms team.
  4. Monitor media coverage daily, flagging key articles and issues with the External Communications team, and compile a weekly corporate affairs newsletter.
  5. Act as a key point of contact and work closely with Comms teams in markets as well as PR agencies to coordinate updates and materials for global campaign launches or company announcements.
Requirements:
  1. An interest in communications, media relations, and writing is essential.
  2. 1-2 years' experience in a fast-paced role, ideally in a Communications/PR agency or an in-house PR/Communications role.
  3. Strong administrative and coordination skills, ability to work under pressure, and excellent creativity and communication skills.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills, willingness to work on a team, and a flexible approach to work.
  5. Highly organized with an ability to handle a high volume of work and prioritize accordingly.
  6. Advanced IT skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  7. Additional language(s) an advantage.
