Job Title: AI Modelling Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced AI modelling engineer to join our R&D team.

The successful candidate will investigate and perform research on Autonomous Network topics, focusing on building digital twin AI agents that can reason, plan, act, and interact within complex environment representations, decision-making frameworks, and knowledge graphs to deliver intelligent, adaptive solutions.

  • Identify the key technologies to enable the autonomous network.
  • Apply state-of-the-art solutions to build a small-scale proof of concept on the topic.
  • Work with domain experts and other researchers to prepare deep dive reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Masters or PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent industry experience).
  • Strong programming skills in Python (experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, AutoGen, or similar); hands-on experience with Java is a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of statistical and algorithmic models as well as fundamental mathematical concepts such as linear algebra and probability.
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems and API integration.
