  • About the Role:
  • Provide high-quality care to residents, ensuring their dignity and respect at all times.
  • Assist residents with daily activities, such as dressing, personal hygiene, mobility, and social interactions.
  • Support residents in maintaining their independence while providing necessary assistance.
  • Administer medication (after completing relevant training).
  • Encourage residents to participate in social and recreational activities.
  • Accompany residents on trips, appointments, and outings.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow safety procedures.
  • Attend training and staff meetings to develop skills and knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A caring and compassionate nature, with a genuine desire to help others.

  • Willingness to complete training, including NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care.
