The Powerscourt Hotel Resort and Spa is seeking a skilled Duty Manager to join their Front Office team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service standards are consistently delivered across all Reception areas.
As Duty Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of Reception, supervising, training, and inspecting the performance of assigned FOH personnel. You will also assist in maintaining high levels of customer service and supporting the Management of the Front of House team daily.
