pipeline technician

We are seeking an experienced Pipeline Technician to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves installing and maintaining pipelines for water, gas, and other utilities on domestic sites.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper alignment and positioning of pipes using levels and other tools, excavating and preparing trenches for pipe installation, and performing pipe laying tasks in accordance with safety regulations and project specifications.

Main Responsibilities:

• Pipe Installation: The successful candidate will be responsible for installing pipelines for water, gas, and other utilities on domestic sites.
• Trench Preparation: The candidate will need to excavate and prepare trenches for pipe installation.
• Pipe Laying: The candidate will perform pipe laying tasks in accordance with safety regulations and project specifications.

Requirements:

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in pipe laying is essential.
• Certifications: A valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling Certificate are required.
• Skillset: Proficiency in using pipe laying tools and equipment, strong understanding of safety protocols and construction site regulations, and ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans.
