We are seeking a skilled professional to spearhead the adoption of artificial intelligence in our day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement AI-driven workflows that yield significant business outcomes with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and maintain a centralized library of prompts that power AI workflows across the organization.
  • Iterate on prompts for clarity, consistency, and automation logic to ensure seamless execution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to prompt execution or system integration to minimize downtime.
  • Streamline workflows using Zapier and APIs to optimize efficiency.
  • Review AI output quality across key use cases for accuracy and usefulness.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to scale review and feedback processes.
Requirements:
  • Strong practical understanding of large language models and core AI concepts (e.g. prompt engineering, response aggregation, function calling).
  • Experience in operations or AI-enabled roles with a focus on building automations that drive meaningful business outcomes.
  • Familiarity with workflow tools like Zapier, APIs, or internal scripting frameworks.
  • Strong background in building or maintaining workflows that connect tools, reduce manual work, or improve user experience.
