About the Position

We are seeking an Assistant Warehouse Management Lead to join our team at Italicatessen. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for assisting in the management and oversight of our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in supervising warehouse staff to ensure efficient operation of the warehouse
  • Support the development and implementation of processes to improve warehouse efficiency, safety, and productivity
  • Contribute to monitoring and controlling inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve overall performance
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a warehouse or logistics management role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • Aptitude for learning and adapting to new technologies
  • Knowledge of IT systems and software used in logistics and supply chain management
