Job Summary:

The Store Supervisor provides ongoing support to the management team to ensure that the outlet meets or exceeds its established targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and direct the activities of team members on a daily basis, ensuring all tasks are completed at an appropriate level.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service is consistently provided across all interactions.
  • Effectively delegate and communicate with team members, promoting a positive working environment.

Operations Management:
  • Deliver products to customers in line with quality standards set by the organization.
  • Maintain store merchandising in a visually appealing and competitive manner, adhering to company guidelines.
  • Ensure optimal housekeeping standards are maintained within the store premises.
Stock Management:
  • Assist in preparing for stock take, supervising as necessary.
  • Minimize stock loss through effective inventory management, waste reduction, and security measures.
Compliance and Security:
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure secure opening and closing procedures.
  • Identify potential hazards within the store and implement measures to mitigate risks.
