Job Opportunity:

As a Production Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical device manufacturing process.

This position requires an individual with strong technical skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and optimize workstation and production line performance for maximum efficiency Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to streamline workflow Maintain accurate training records and facilitate onboarding for new hires Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards Review product quality control measures to maintain high standards Investigate and report production delays, implementing corrective action as needed Collaborate with operators to troubleshoot issues and introduce process improvements Work closely with Engineering and Production teams on new product introductions

Requirements:
