Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned product leader to drive innovation in our clinical solutions team. As a senior product manager, you will be responsible for overseeing product owners and ensuring the development of new and existing products that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and assist the development of new and existing products to meet customer demands working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure that customer voice is captured as product capabilities and prioritized correctly.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including data, analytics, engineering, and user experience teams to provide direction and ensure customer voice is represented.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in sciences or technology OR equivalent experience delivering innovative technology products to customers.
  • Extensive experience in product strategy or business development either in a strategy organization or new business preferably in healthcare or related domains.
  • Experience in agile software development methodologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with US healthcare and clinical data.
  • Subject matter expertise in quality and risk programs.
  • Subject matter experience in the Risk Adjustment space.

Soft Skills

  • Proven written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders and customers.
