The role of a Validation Engineer is critical in our organization, responsible for designing and implementing validation projects and strategies to support the development and execution of Validation Master Plans and Qualification programs.

About the Role
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Validate manufacturing processes and associated systems for new facilities to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards.
  • Develop, execute, and complete process, system, and equipment validations according to Validation Master Plans, company policies, and project schedules.
  • Create and submit Validation Protocols and Reports that meet Quality standards and Regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish validation strategies and objectives to support process changes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science or Quality Assurance discipline or equivalent qualification.
  • In-depth understanding of cGMP, ISO, and other relevant regulatory standards.
  • Strong motivation, practical skills, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and report-writing skills.
