Job Title: Rockwell System Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled system engineer to work on an expanding site in Cork, Ireland on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve project issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Automation.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience in Project Management, including delivering projects, managing vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Good Automated Manufacturing Practice (GAMP) guidelines.
  • Experience in designing and implementing network infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in Rockwell PLCs, RS Logix, Factory Talk, and Aveva InTouch.
  • Strong object-oriented coding skills.
  • Bonus points for experience with Aveva System Platform and Aveva InBatch.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and database management tools like MS SQL.
  • Superb documentation, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • A valid Irish work permit is essential.

Previous experience with deploying or maintaining an MES solution is highly advantageous.
