Clinical Nurse Manager II - Leadership Role

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager II to lead our nursing team and drive the delivery of high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in staff leadership, project management, budgeting, equipment maintenance, and compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate the nursing team to provide safe, efficient, and effective blood collection services.
  • Collaborate closely with the Area Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic and team management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient experience and donor satisfaction.
Requirements: To be considered for this role, you should have:
  • Registration with NMBI (live register) in any division.
  • Minimum 5 years post-registration experience, with at least 2 years in a relevant clinical area within the last 3 years.
  • Previous management experience and evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in the last 2 years.
