">The Principal Ecological Advisor will lead our environmental consultancy services team, providing technical guidance and leadership to ensure high-quality outcomes.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Preparing technical reports to support environmental impact assessments, environmental licensing and compliance monitoring.
- Maintaining and developing technical capability through Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
- Administrative duties including recording of time, invoicing, health and safety and developing and updating templates.
Requirements
">The successful candidate will be qualified with a relevant environmental or earth science degree (Geoscience, Environmental Science or similar) and ideally possess a Hydrology or Hydrogeology postgraduate qualification.
">Person Specification
">- A minimum of 8+ years' experience in a relevant position.
- Ideally chartered with a relevant professional body or be willing to work towards chartership.
- A good understanding of environmental guidance and legislation.
- Significant experience in the provision of environmental services at a senior level with good analytical skills.
