Join our distribution team as a Logistics Coordinator and be part of our mission to deliver exceptional customer experiences.Our Regional Distribution Centre is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires strong organisational and interpersonal skills. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring stock is checked, stored, and picked efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our stores across the region.Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the Deputy Logistics Manager with daily tasks, including database management, stock management, and receiving schedules
  • Communicating with drivers to assign bays and coordinate the receipt of goods
  • Working closely with the GI checking team to ensure all goods are received accurately and efficiently
  • Processing documentation and accurately inputting data on the warehouse system database
  • Assisting the Deputy Logistics Manager and Logistics Manager with ad-hoc tasks
The ideal candidate will have excellent collaboration skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes, and strong administrative and organisation skills.
