About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for a graduate to join our Agribusiness team as an Operations Graduate.

Responsibilities
  • Gaining experience across the category while pursuing a career in a challenging and fast-moving environment.
  • Advancing technical experience by working closely with commercial teams, gaining skills and confidence to develop business through new sales and innovation.
  • Working on aspects of retail operations, value add programmes, customer service, procurement, project management, category management, logistics, supplier management, and merchandising.
  • Ensuring procurement meets current sales and stock requirements.
  • Supporting the procurement team in maintaining product master-data setups, supplier cost price updates, retail price updates and procure to pay process activities.
  • Regularly running key sales and stock reports and highlighting trends and issues that may need attention.
  • Assisting development and improvement of processes and systems to ensure compliance and better ways of working.
Requirements
  • A strong academic record in fields of study: Agribusiness, Agricultural Science, Commerce, or related discipline; and a minimum of a 2.2 honours primary degree.
  • Ambition to progress successfully in a career in agribusiness in an exciting, ever-changing and challenging environment.
  • Thinking commercially and delivering customer-centric solutions.
  • Driving collaboration and building partnerships to meet shared objectives.
  • Communicating clearly and influencing at all levels.
