Job Opportunity: Project Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Project Director. This pivotal position demands exceptional leadership and organizational skills, with a focus on overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, construction techniques, and team supervision. They will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Supervise construction teams, utilizing resources efficiently and meeting project timelines.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to guarantee project specifications are met.
  • Monitor project progress, prepare regular reports, and provide updates to senior management.
  • Resolve any site issues or disputes, maintaining a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in accordance with relevant building codes and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of materials, labor, and project expenses.
Requirements:
