Marketing Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to lead marketing activity for our hospitality venues in Galway. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating memorable customer experiences, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to bring events, campaigns, and brands to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and delivering marketing strategies that drive commercial success while showcasing each venue's unique personality
  • Leading the design, promotion, and delivery of events — from live entertainment and foodie promotions to seasonal campaigns
  • Managing all digital channels, including social media, websites, email marketing, and advertising
  • Protecting and enhancing each brand's identity and tone of voice
  • Building partnerships with local organisations, promoters, and media
  • Analysing marketing performance data to inform future activity
  • Leading and mentoring a small in-house marketing team
  • Collaborating with external creatives, from photographers to designers

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in a senior marketing role in hospitality, events, or a related sector
  • Proven success creating and promoting events that attract public audiences
  • Strong understanding of how hospitality brands connect with customers in person, online, and in the community
  • Excellent communication and briefing skills
  • Confident using digital tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, email marketing platforms, and basic CMS systems
  • Skilled at managing priorities and meeting deadlines
