Job Title: Senior Physiotherapist
This is a challenging role involving working within the Cardiothoracic Department, delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to patients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and coordinating the Cardiothoracic Physiotherapy service.
Key Responsibilities:- To demonstrate exceptional clinical expertise in the area of Cardiothoracic's.
- To review and update relevant documentation as required.
- Ability to instruct and teach junior staff, students and other team members with regard to Physiotherapy procedures.
- Keep abreast of current advances and research in Cardiothoracic's to ensure that a high standard of care is maintained by the physiotherapy service.
- BSc(Hons)degree in Physiotherapy from a reputable institution or equivalent qualification.
- Membership of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists.
- Continued Professional Development Diary including evidence of reflective practice, In-service training, courses attended, and Clinical Governance gained.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, project planning and implementation skills, and experience in a similar role. They will also be committed to ongoing professional development and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
