Human Capital Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned HR Manager to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing successful HR strategies and initiatives.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement human capital strategies aligned with the organization's overall business goals
- Manage the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of employees
- Oversee and manage performance management systems that drive high-performance results
- Maintain pay plans and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for employees
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings
- Maintain confidential HR systems and records with accuracy
- Prepare HR reports and metrics to support informed decision-making
- Lead or support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or HR certification is a plus)
- 5+ years of proven experience in an HR role, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership capacity
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
