Key Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. As a highly motivated and customer-focused professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales success.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the automotive industry. Your passion for building customer relationships and your ability to work under pressure will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customers with a welcoming and individual experience
  • Build customer loyalty and satisfaction by ensuring all requirements are met
  • Keep in touch with customers to provide updates on orders and arrange handover dates
  • Carry out high-quality and accurate appraisals on part-exchange vehicles
  • Provide bespoke test drives outlining vehicle features and specifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Quality awareness and attention to detail
  • Fully licensed driver
