About the RoleThe successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day management of the service, leading and developing a multidisciplinary team to deliver high standards of care. They will also ensure full regulatory compliance with HIQA standards, managing audits and driving continuous improvement.
This role requires a Registered Nurse (RNID, RGN, or RMHN) with a minimum of 3 years leadership experience in health or social care. You will need to have excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills, as well as an in-depth knowledge of HIQA standards.
Key Responsibilities- Oversight of day-to-day service management
