Senior Construction Site Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Manage and coordinate site teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays.
- Collaborate with project managers to achieve project goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate site staff to ensure work is carried out to the highest standards.
- Develop and maintain accurate project records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Hold a relevant construction or engineering qualification.
- Possess main contracting experience and knowledge of residential development construction projects.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills.
