Galway Structural Design Position

We are seeking a skilled Structural Design Engineer to deliver high-quality structural solutions for our projects in Galway. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience in structural design and possess excellent analytical knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:- Design structural engineering solutions based on guidance from Senior/Senior Associate Structural Engineers.
- Develop strong analytical knowledge and understanding of engineering principles.
- Undertake steel and concrete design with some experience.
- Work effectively on teams on structural projects.
- Develop successful relationships with architects and contractors.
- Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or equivalent.
- 2-3 years' demonstrable postgraduate experience in the design of structural projects.
- Strong analytical knowledge and understanding of engineering principles.
- Some experience and understanding of undertaking steel and concrete design.
- Experience working on teams on structural projects.
- Ability to quickly develop successful relationships with architects and contractors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Design experience in the UK/Irish Construction market.
- A bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering.
- 2-3 years+ structural design experience in a consultancy working on building-related projects with a knowledge and experience of structural design in accordance with Euro codes.
- IT skills with the use of Structural Engineering design software such as AutoCAD, BIM, Revit, and Robot (or equivalent).
