We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Senior Leadership Team as a Director of Regulation, Quality and Safety. The successful candidate will lead and be responsible for regulation, quality, and safety across the entire service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to regulation, quality, and safety.
- Manage inspections and associated improvement activities to ensure compliance with HIQA, MHC, and HSA regulations.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Masters-level qualification in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Management qualification or equivalent level of skill acquired through experience.
- 5 years of experience in a similar role.
