We are seeking experienced Registered General Nurses to join our team in HSE health centres located in Dublin South City. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and wish to contribute to the well-being of individuals requiring bowel care and catheter management.
About the Role- This role involves providing patient-centred care to individuals with complex needs, ensuring their dignity and comfort at all times.
- Develop and implement individualised care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered General Nurse.
- Ability to work flexibly, including shifts and on-call duties, to meet the needs of the service.
