We require a highly skilled and experienced Senior Rostering Coordinator to oversee the management of our care services. This role involves coordinating rosters for clients and staff, managing staff annual leave and staff cover, and ensuring that all field-based care staff are appropriately allocated to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Use our IT system One Touch Health to allocate care staff to provide care and support to clients.
  2. Change and modify rosters, updating new clients to the system, accepting, allocating, and processing new referrals for care and support promptly.
  3. Monitor the allocation of care staff to maximize efficiency.
  4. Develop and deliver high-quality homecare services, making improvements where necessary.
Requirements
  • A qualification in Office Administration and Computer Skills is desirable.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in Rostering/Care coordination in the health care industry ideally or home care service environment or of leading and managing staff.
  • Experience using One Touch or equivalent system.
  • English fluency, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
