Agribusiness Leadership Programme

We are seeking highly motivated individuals for our Agribusiness Graduate Programme, which will provide future leaders with a comprehensive experience within our agribusiness division.

The programme is a two-year graduate scheme that offers on-the-job training in technical support, agri sales, e-procurement, marketing, retail management, lean management, effective communication, and value stream disciplines.

During this time, you will gain hands-on experience in:

  • Technical support
  • Agri sales
  • E-procurement
  • Marketing
  • Retail management

In addition to practical experience, you will receive formal training to develop your skills and enable you to succeed within our organisation.

Our agribusiness division plays a vital role in supporting milk producers and the rural community by providing high-performance animal feeds, fertilisers, and a wide range of farm inputs through our 4 retail outlets at various locations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, applicants must possess:

  • A qualification in Agricultural Science or a relevant discipline
  • Experience in customer service desirable but not essential
  • Good knowledge and passion for agriculture
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
