  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop project plans, coordinate with project teams, and ensure timely project completion.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Commercial Management: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, leading MEP teams on large projects.
  • Strong commercial awareness, procurement experience, and excellent communication skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience working on Data Centre projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software tools.
